   No "Sex on the Beach."  But check out "Iced Tea," from 1980 no less, and quite far from Long Island.  Pg. 19:

   _Iced Tea_
1 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Rum
2 Dashes Triple Sec
2 Dashes Sweet Sour
1 Dashes Roses Lime Juice
2 Dashes Simple Syrup
Splash Coke
   Pour into bucket glass with ice; top with a lemon twist.

Pg. 3 (CHI CHI):  This beautiful drink is the most popular drink in Hawaii.  (OED?--ed.)
Pg. 5 (MAI TAI):  This is Hawaii's second most popular drink.
Pg. 15 (SPINNAKER):  This drink is a specialty of the Chart House Restaurant.
Pg. 20 (COFFEE HAWAIIAN):  1 oz. Hawaiian Coffee Liqueur, Add fresh perked Kona Coffee, 1 oz. Okolehao.
Pg. 29 (MEXICAN COFFEE):  1 oz. Gold Tequila, 3/4 oz. Kahlua, Fill with Coffee.  (OED??--ed.)
