Smoke mouth

In several TV interviews with the spokesperson for the fire-fighting
effort in the Rodeo fire in northern Arizona, and in local TV news
coverage, the term "smoke mouth" has been used for the complex of
respiratory reactions that firefighters have had to the prolonged exposure
to smoke, ash, heat, and low humidity. I haven't checked, but wonder
whether this term has made it into any current dictionaries.
