so you can bet the term was well-established by at least 6 years ago....

I am sure that I heard it in the early-mid 90s, or at least I heard
"booty" as a reference to both the 'backside' and the 'sexual
intercourse' by then...  But I was in a predominently hipster white-kid
environment then, so it almost certainly predates this in the hipster
(hip-hop?) black-kid lexicon...
