Circus slang, 1879--Query about "Tamshack"

   I've relocated the article.
   It is dated September 7, 1879.  The CINCINNATI ENQUIRER published a Sunday
morning edition.  Cincinnati libraries should have this publication if there
are any more questions.
   The line in question reads:
   Lush, Budge, Bilge-water, Tam**ck, Fire-water, Tangle-foot, Elixir,
Dew-bowl, and various other terms denote whisky.
   I originally added a question mark.
   The "Tam" is clear.  There is a large black spot in the middle.  It is NOT
"Ramshack."  Two or three letters are illegible.  Tamblack?  Tamblock?
Tamshuck?
