Highway names

The only comparison I can think of immediately is the Richmond-San
Rafael Bridge in the Bay Area.  If you're on the Richmond side, you'd
say you were going over the San Rafael Bridge.  If you were in Marin
County, you'd say you'd be going over the Richmond Bridge.
