KENNEBEC TURKEY

DARE has 1975, from Gould's ME LINGO. This looks like the same author, but earlier.

Dispatch From the Farm We Didn't Have Hickory; By John Gould; Christian Science Monitor (1908-Current file), Boston, Mass.; Apr 23, 1964; pg. 20, 1 pgs

Alewives in Season A Dispatch From the Farm; By John Gould; Christian Science Monitor (1908-Current file), Boston, Mass.; Jun 2, 1949; pg. 22, 1 pgs
("Kennebec Turkeys are curious-looking birds, but they're nice if sauced up and spread on new baked potatoes.")

KISHKE

   DARE has 1949.

News of Food; Stuffed Kishke Now Being Sold in Tins, Making This Holiday Food Easy to Serve ; By JANE NICKERSON; New York Times (1857-Current file), New York, N.Y.; Aug 14, 1948; pg. 16, 1 pgs

KISS THE COOK

DARE has 1908; the person who takes the last bit of food must kiss the cook. This poem doesn't quite say that--it's revealed at the end that the cook is the poet's wife.
I don't know about this "kiss the cook" custom. I thought Nigella bites.
