Anchovies à la Irma is pretty close to "Jansson's Temptation", but as the latter name for an anchovy gratin (for which you find slightly varying recipes since at least the 1870's) did not become popular until the mid-1930's, it is not surprising that this variant carries another name.

The red Asti wine is not at all the same as Asti Spumante, which is a white, sparkling wine of the Champagne type.
