1904 attribtuion sought

I'm trying to help a UK colleague who is

"trying to hunt down the paper which ran the leader 'Jeffersonian Astounds
All' in 1904 when Roosevelt was re-elected President.  Cambridge, Ohio is as
much as I have."

would someone who has access to an historical newspaper archive be kind enough
to track this down? Much appreciated, and a private reply to orinkh at carr.org
is fine, though I will also check the list.
