I alluded earlier to dabbling in sleight of hand and magic. One seminal
text in card magic is "The Expert at the Card Table" by S. W. Erdnase. I
just recently realized why that title sounds so familiar, when I ran across
a reference to "The Autocrat of the Breakfast Table" (a book I hadn't
thought of since I took American Lit in High School).

At least two other books in magic use this construction in their titles:
"The Expert at the Pitch Table" (for pitching magic tricks, carney slang)
and "The Phantom of the Card Table" about a famous gambler, Walter Scott.

Are there other book titles that use this construction -- The XXXX at the
YYYY Table?
