Virgin Mary image in Grilled Cheese Sandwich (now less OT)

I think I usually called it a grilled cheese, but toasted cheese is
perfectly OK. (childhood: OH, MA; college: PA; since: WI, IL, SD, IL)
In fact, I think I recently offered someone a toasted cheese sandwich
and then, feeling perhaps she might not have understood, added
"grilled cheese".
