The most gorgeous drink we found anywhere was a Blue Hawaiian, with blue curcacao (an orange-based liqueur), creme de cacao, rum, pineapple juice, cream, and coconut creme. THe top was especially beautiful: almost an inch of pale aqua foam, sprinkled with coconut; underneath, a darker translucent aqua liquid shows through the glass. A pineapple wedge with rin was stuck on the rim. But it was hardly needed ($1.75).
