I am fairly sure that "Everywhere we go..." was used by the cheerleaders at
football games when I was in high school (1959-1965), but I can't prove it
and have no documentation. We also had at least one cheer of the Q and A
format:
      Is everybody happy? Well, yes.
      Is anybody sad? Well, no.
If everybody's happy and nobody's sad,
We're going to beat [rival school] and beat them bad.

and probably several others.
