LBJ on Nixon

[George Thompson]

I recall reading somewhere many years ago that Lyndon Johnson had said
that Nixon had done to the Presidency what pantyhose had done to
finger-fucking.

There is more truth than poetry in that statement, and it's worthy of
Fred's book.
