TAN: a question on ProQuest

There's an editorial that I'm trying to get a copy of from the Feb 26
Hartford Courant. I can find references to it in their archives, but
not the editorial itself. And it again doesn't show up on Lexis-Nexis.

Are editorials archived as part of the ProQuest database? (A large
research library in the area has ProQuest, but before I go driving 1
hour  down and back, I'd like to know if I can even get it via
ProQuest.)
