TAN: a question on ProQuest

It does not appear that ProQuest covers the Hartford Courant.  The list
under ProQuest Newspapers shows 50 items, including many variant
titles, but not that.
There is a print publication -- not available here on line, anyway --
called Editorials on File, from Facts on File.  The most recent
installment is from late July, 2005.
