"good-looking" in address to a young woman

Remember Hank Williams and "Hey, Good-Lookin'!" (1951)? OED doesn't recognize this usage: maybe it's too obvious.
Of course, Williams didn't coin it. It isn't even particular Southern:
1905 Owen Kildare _The Wisdom of the Simple_ 176: "Ah, there, good-looking," he cried.
At any rate, OED could use at least one ex. of "good-looking," adj., that's more recent than 1847.
