Very sorry about that.

A colleague of mine - based in Toronto, no idea about his status as a
native speaker or not, but I would suppose it likely - just sent around
the following warning about storage space running low on a particular
server farm. He finished thus:

 > Please do not trigger any new [company name] large import before
above storage expansion is done; or not, it can run out storage and
bring the farm down


Is initial _or not_ for _otherwise_ common? It's not easy to search for.
