New ProQuest/NDNP titles

Proquest is scanning the New York Tribune and some Virginia papers,
covering 1900-1910, for the National Digital Newspaper Program. The
good news is that, as part of the NDNP repository on the Library of
Congress, they will all be available free to the public. More here:

And I see from the NDNP website that the "Phase 1 prototype" is
scheduled to launch in September, so we should probably get to see a
bunch of Washington, D.C. papers very soon:
