"Rocky Mountain Angels on Horseback" are a mainstay at most Mormon Restaurants.

Aw, shucks! I can't see a good reason for NOT confusing these, but
perhaps praire angels on horseback would be best unconfused with mountain
angels on horseback, or even the seeming precision of Rocky Mountain angels
on horseback.

Somehow, this reminds me of the recent Salisbury Steak thread. Oh, I've
got it. What about 'mystery meat' and 'buffalo balls' (food-service items
of supposed animal origin)?
