As these are identical cites, this appears to be another
Newspaperarchive snafu. The page images are also identical, without
visible dating or pagination. The version that NPA dates as Aug. 23
has a p. 1 where that date is visible -- the Aug. 17 version looks
like it might simply be a misdated duplication of the Aug. 23 paper.
But this is one of those cases where we'd have to go to the microfilm
to get accurate cite info.
