New words for "nuts"

On Catherine Crier's show, Curtis Sliwa has described Cho Seung-hui as "titched," "botz," and "meshugga," "a cucalamonga !"

  "Cucalamonga" (presumably sugg. by "Rancho Cucamonga," Calif., via "cuckoo" or "Kukla," 1950s TV puppet) and "botz" (Ital. _pazzo_) are new to me.  "Titched" varies "tetched" in an unusual way for a Brooklynite.
