euphems.: "fornicating"; "futtering"

HDAS and OED both lack these euphemisms for the cruder "f-word":

  1936 in John Dos Passos _The Fourteenth Chronicle_ (Boston: Gambit, 1973) 483: This novel business is an awful business. Why the hell did I ever get mixed up in it?....And even at that the fornicating business wont get itself finished.

  1976 R. C. Hutchinson _Rising_ (London: Michael Joseph) 344: Mausers, that's
what I'm supplied with - twelve fornicating 433s.

  1984 Criena Rohan _Down by the Dockside_ (N.Y.: Penguin) 87: You look fornicating terrible. Ibid. 88: Fornicating head that bad?

  2003 Harry Turtledove _Jaws of Darkness_ (N.Y.: Tor) 534:  It's another fornicating new kingdom....If this futtering war ever ends and we get back to fornicating Forthweg, we can set up as fornicating tour guides.

  I must confess that the latter three are from Google Books, though they look genuine. The 1936 ex. I have seen myself.
