Subject Historical Dictionary

I am trying to compile a list of historical dictionary of English
restricted to a particular subject area, such as Edward J. Nichols,
"Historical Dictionary of Baseball Terminology" or Robert S. Gold, Jazz
Talk.  Can anyone suggest other examples?  By "historical dictionary" I
mean a dictionary with precise dated citations, including an attempt at
finding the first use of the term.
