Gotta get me some o' that! Maybe for dessert that Scottish specialty,
Mars bar in batter (deep-fried Mars bar). I sure love chicken-fried
steak -- I have it at Bob Evans every time after I've gone to church
with my grandma (truth!). (Of course, they call it "Country Style
Steak" there.) I could serve these babies with a recipe someone sent
me for deep-fried butter.

One interesting usage: "he tosses the breaded strips in a Fryolator
and nukes them in  animal/vegetable oil for three or four minutes."
I'm only used to seeing "nuke" in the cooking sense used to mean
"microwave" -- I don't think I've seen it used for deep-frying
before, even in a specially-designed appliance.
