mailing list problems?

I have just started posting from this account, and I seem to be getting
duplicates of my messages. I can't tell whether I'm sending twice or whether
I just need to turn off an option. Will someone please tell me if I am
multiple-posting, or if there are other anomalies in my posts recently?
