When the wacky Duc d'Anjou meets Elizabeth I in the 1998 film _Elizabeth_, he offers in English subtitles to stroke "[her] thigh or...even [her] quinny."

  Perhaps a nonce portmanteau, but not in OED. Anywhere else ?
