Chefography: LA and tablescapes

On Chefography on the Food Channel, the episode on Sandra Lee included:

LA pronounced as "EL lay" (as opposed to "EL LAY") in the expression
"L.A. County Fair".
"Tablescape", referring to the overall decoration of a table.

There was one more word I thought interesting, but know I've forgotten
it. BB
