ah yes, another vein of vocabulary.  there are some hits for "man
hooker" 'hustler, male prostitute', including a reference (whose
veracity i do not vouch for) to "when Dee Dee Ramone was a man hooker
on the corner of 53rd 3rd in Manhattan".

and in with a lot of other stuff, there are some hits for "man-pimp"
'someone who pimps out male prostitutes'.

both of these are literal.

oh, yes, "man kiss" 'man-to-man kiss', as in the recent infamous
Snickers ad from the Superbowl.
