Looking for a good man-word

on they come:

"man-handles" for love handles on a man.  not a word we really need,
but it plays on the verb "manhandle".

then there's another vein of "buddy" vocabulary -- "buddy-pat",
"buddy-hug", "buddy-kiss", etc. -- where "buddy" serves to fend off
attributions of homosexuality/homoeroticism.
