My first sighting of an inevitable coinage:

"Beware of Mao's revenge" AP article, no author credited_Philadelphia
Inquirer_ Thursday, May 10, 2007, page D2 column 1.

The phrase "Mao's revenge" occurs only in the headline, not the body of
the article, which is about tap water and other problems in Beijing for
the 2008 Olympics.

Google gives 53 hits for +"Mao's revenge"+"tap water", one of which is
dated May 29, 2006.
