Pizza "cut" for "slice"

There was, briefly, a pizza place in Athens, Georgia, that was originally
from Pennsylvania (I can't remember if they were closer to Philly or
Pittsburgh, but I'm thinking the latter) and used the term "cut" instead of
"slice." So perhaps it's a Pennsylvania thing.
