Sing a little song?

KC et alia avoided the conventional parallel structure of "dance" and
"song". The conceptual breakthrough in "Get down tonight" is to yoke
together love-making and dance-doing. Revolutionary!

Partial lyrics:

Baby Baby let's get together
Party hearty, me and you
And do the things, ah do the things
That we like to do

Do a little dance, make a little love
Get down tonight, get down tonight
Do a little dance, make a little love
Get down tonight, get down tonight

...

Makes me want to, uh, dance.
