Yeah. I was just trying to point out a similarity: The established emphatic
us of "X X-self/selves" can also be expressed as "no other than X" in its
idiomatic sense, as CGEL does; while this unfamiliar use is equivalent to
"no other than X" in its literal sense. I guess I should've said it that way
in the first place.
