Yo, Have You All Heard 'We All'?

Well, just between you and I, that may be a hypercorrection. I'm
positive that I've never heard "WE-all," though I have, of course,
heard "YOU-all" as well as "we ALL" and "you ALL."

Naturally, I don't pretend to speak for the entire English-speaking community.

All say, "How hard it is that we have to die"---a strange complaint to
come from the mouths of people who have had to live.
