MW3 shows <<roofs; also rooves>>. For comparison there is <<hooves;
or hoofs>>, but no alternatives for <<knives>>, <<leaves>>.

Various books declare "rooves" extinct or wrong or inadvisable. But
many modern examples are apparently available at Google Books.
