Who's diddling and how?

Can anyone else get an extension beyond the expletive "Fuck you!"?
Case in point: the other day a young man was yelling at an older man
and said "Fuck you!' and then something like, "My mother fuck you
too!"--several times. The latter expression seemed odd to me and I
thought at first it was related to Wilson's observation below, but on
thinking it over I realize that it has to do the usually subjectless
nature of the expletive.
