Golf Drinks

Golf Digest, March 2008, page 20 has a list of "Golf Drinks", along with the golf course noted for that drink:

Sam's Special:  2 oz Myer's rum, 1 oz 8-year-old Rhum Barbancout, 4 oz sweet-and-sour mix, 1/2 tsp powdered sugar, lots of ice in a blender.  The specialty of Cypress Point.

The Arnold Palmer:  iced tea and lemonade, or my favorite, Seminole Iced Tea, which is brewed iced tea with a splash of orange juice.  At Seminole.

Dark and Stormy:  Gosling's rum and ginger beer.  The best are served at Newport C.C.

Live Transfusion:  grape juice, ginger ale and vodka.  You better specify "virgin" if you don't want the high-test at Winged Foot.
