"cock" -- a lazy question

I'm too lazy this instant to consult the archives.  I believe that
when the "cock" 'penis' subject was discussed, there was mention of
one or more illustrations (from the 18th century?) equating the tap
(pipe for liquids with a device for controlling the flow) with the
penis.  Can anyone point me to such?
