An Important Message -- Downsized

One has to _presume_ the following message was
writ small -- very small -- or that one was one
hell of a (large) key chain:

Grove, the company's former chief, who acknowledged that he had been
blindsided by the Pentium problems and then set out to reform the company.

The company put Mr. Grove's celebrated remark about the situation on key
chains: "Bad companies are destroyed by crisis. Good companies survive them.
Great companies are improved by them."
