Odd Speculation from Pentagon

That refers, I think, to the panda who upset a restaurant owner
by coming in for a salad, firing a fatal bullet into a waiter's
head, then _departing_. When asked why he'd done that, the
panda said he was, in doing what nature intented: Eats shoots
and leaves.
