I assume Shania Twain's pronunciation of prerogative (pero) in "Man,
I  Feel Like a Woman" follows popular culture. That's my
pronunciation, too. It's really clear at 1:53 and 2:50 into the video
(http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qns6Dt3McgQ). Because of the schwa,
it's hard to tell the two apart. BB
