"gohr" not in English dictionaries? (UNCLASSIFIED)

Caveats: NONE

Depends.  Do other English speakers returning from Egypt use it?  Or is
it simply an Egyptian word which Werne (or O'Reilly), having no English
word which fulfilled its purpose, used a few times?
