bushmeat

[Tom Zurinskas]

I suppose the opposite of bushmeat is farmmeat.  Domesticated meat sounds too ugh wicked.

We asked our neighbor how their calf was, the one that followed us along the fence line in the morning when we got our paper.  They said "delicious."
