web of language software update

[Dennis Baron]

The Web of Language (and University of Illinois blogs in general) is
getting new software. The site has been up and down since Monday as
they work out some bugs. I thought it was stable now, or I would have
waited before sending out the last notice. Anyway, keep checking back.
