My sister shared a new word (for me) when she visited earlier in the
week. She has just moved back to Baltimore and, when describing an
unusual situation in which she found herself recently, she referred to
it as "baltimoment". Like a number of variations on Obama, this is not
too surprising. But, I though, I should share.

According to my sister, the term is not uncommon. Yet, Google gives no
evidence of its use.
