"Guesstimate," at least, is way too early for Harvey (1923 in
M-W). M-W has 1961 for "skyjack," which makes a Harvey role a long shot
but not impossible, since his career began years earlier, although he
had not yet achieved his later prominence. "Reaganomics" dates from
1980 (the earliest I see is a 10/13/1980 article from Forbes, text not
available), so at least the timing is plausible.
