Last time my skepticism about his expertise for this task was
vigorously countered by others here, so I'll restrict myself to
wondering how the condemnation of the use of "hopefully" as a
sentence adverb (= 'it is to be hoped that') is an instance of
*non*-prescriptivism.  Oh well.  Nice to have a new reference book on
Klingon et al.
