(1)  I thought I remembered discussion previously
on ADS-L, but am too lazy to check the archives.

(2)  It's not in my dialect (east of the Hudson).

(3)  With reference to Tony Au, the speaker is
U.S. (west of the Mississippi at present, I
believe, but I don't know about her upbringing).
