The ever-improving COCA says:
"Between you and me" 157
"Between you and I" 17
And if you click on the [Chart] radio button under [Display], you can
see that "between you and me" is more common in fiction and "between
you and I" is more common in spoken English.
You can also see that "between you and me" is falling in popularity,
and "between you and I" is rising.
