KJ; space boots

The HDAS exx. (1977-94) for this synonym of PCP ("angel dust") are
glossarial.

However, a 38-year-old addict from Fresno uses the word in natural speech
on tonight's episode of A&E's reality series _Intervention_ (2010):

"PCP...I tranquilize my ass with KJ!"

After smoking, she said she was "gonna put on my space boots," in ref. to
walking with exaggerated steps.  This is presumably idiosyncratic (no
Googlits), but it connects subliminally with getting "high" and "spacing
out" so maybe it's worth a mention here.
